Randy Sebesta, President and Chief Executive Officer
Founder of Vertical Edge Corporation (VEC) in April 2001. Mr. Sebesta has served the company in a variety of technical and management positions. During his tenure at VEC, Mr. Sebesta has been involved in a broad range of research, consulting, marketing, and project management in the areas of business proposals, business strategy development, multimedia, software engineering projects, information system development & design.

Billy Caesar, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Caesar is a Co-founder of Vertical Edge and serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to starting Vertical Edge Mr. Caesar was the network engineer of a fast growing telecommunications company. He also has 10+ years experience in software engineering projects, information system development, design and development of large-scale operational databases. Mr. Caesar also oversees and manages the technical programming staff, and financial accounts of Vertical Edge.
