Domain Registration

If you want the world to be able to send you email and view your website using an email address that incorporates your organization's name, you need a domain name. You'll need to register your domain with a domain register. VEC can register your domain for you with our register if you don't have one.

In order to host a domain with VEC, you must have a Corporate, Small Business, or Hosting account with us. If you would like to host more than one domain, there will be additional setup and hosting fees. Please contact us for more information.

Name Servers
When you setup an online domain with a domain register, you will be asked to enter nameservers. A Name Server is simply a computer on a network that will be housing your webfiles. The domain name i.e. www.yourdomain.com will need to know where to look for these pages when someone tries to access your website. You'll need to enter the following VEC nameservers in order for us to host your domain.
